How may COVID-19 impact your visit to Stockholm?

Attractions are starting to re-open and we’ve been working closely with them. We advise that you check the individual attraction websites for the most up-to-date information - we’ve included a full list below. 

Will entry to attractions be different?

Those attractions that have reopened have done so with some changes to how pass holders gain entry and we’re working closely with them to ensure it’s as safe and seamless for our customers. Where there are changes to how pass holders gain entry to an attraction, we will update this on the attraction pages on our website. For further information about additional safety and security policies that attractions may be adopting we advise you to check the individual attraction websites - we’ve included a full list below. We expect that this may include things like wearing a face mask or queuing further apart - each attraction will have its own safety process in place. 

What is contactless entry? 

We’re working with attractions to make the entry process contactless so that you’ll simply need to hold your mobile pass up to a reader to gain entry - no tickets or cash to handover. This is to ensure the safety of our customers. 

Should I purchase a pass now, even though I am not sure of my exact travel dates?

Yep! You can buy today, confident in the knowledge that all passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase and are only activated when you start using them. You can now obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase. Within the first 14 days, you will receive a full refund. If your request falls between day 15 and day 90, your refund will be subject to a processing fee.
